明日の朝で私が東京に打合せがありますので

明日の朝に 私が 東京で 打ち合わせがありますので...
(contributor: Miki)

The particle に requires something physical, such as
東京に本店があります,whereas, で requires some activity, such as
東京で会合があります.

(contributor: bamboo4)

But I'm almost sure you can say 東京に会合があります as well.
に is a placement particle locating a point in time or space, で
indicates the domain in which the totality of an event takes place.

tx paul, added as a note above. (contributor: dc)

I wouldn't say 東京に会合があります。 But I'd say
東京にて会合があります。 (contributor: Miki)

Miki, but basically にて and で are the same, right? Or is there a
difference? (contributor: mhykx)

In the case of 東京で会合があります、basically にて and で
are the same. (contributor: Miki)
