あまり (amari-2) - not really

私は　あまり　つよくない　です。(watashiha amari tsuyokunai
desu) I'm not that strong.

彼女はあまりきれいじゃない。
She is not very pretty.

彼はあまり優しくないです。(kare wa amari yasashikunai desu)
He is not very nice.

シャンハイ（上海）はあまり寒くないです。
The weather is not very cold in Shanghai.

桜大学はあまり有名な大学じゃありません。
Sakura University is not very famous.

「琵琶湖の水はきれいですか。」「いいえ、あまりきれいではありません。」
'Is the water of Lake Biwa clean?' 'No, not very much.'

「その辞書はいいですか。」「いいえ、あまりよくないです。」
'Is this dictionary good?' 'No, not very much'.

このページはあまり必要ないです。 How about using the page
for あまり that already exists.
その上、入れた例文はあまり「あまり」を利用しないんです。。。

I fixed the alert of Adnimさん here above.
Perhaps we can use for the positive sense (too much) which is for JPLT2,
[amari-2] for the negative sense (not much) which is for JPLT3, except for
the case of verbs, which are treated in [amari-nai]? (contributor: 赤毛)
